Call the Customer Service Center toll free at 877-BAY-TOLL (877-229-8655) to order a tag. Customer Service Representatives are available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday.

If you have an existing, valid FasTrak account, you can order additional toll tags through our 24-hour automated system, at the same number.

Order by Mail

To order a FasTrak toll tag through US mail, print out the FasTrak application form and mail it to:

If you ordered or registered a FasTrak toll tag over the phone or by mail and you want to manage your account online, you will need to create a FasTrak username and password.

Payment Methods

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) can be used when paying by phone or mail. Personal check, money order, or cashier's check can also be used when paying by mail.
