You can reach a live person by calling FasTrak’s Customer Service Center during the regular business hours of 8:30 am–5:30 pm Monday–Friday, and 9:00 am–1:00 pm on Saturdays. FasTrak’s automated phone system is available outside of regular business hours and on holidays.
